Dr Khoo was born and raised in Adelaide, completing his medical degree at the University of Adelaide in 2016. He is currently completing his training with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
After graduation, he continued to work in multiple tertiary hospitals in SA, including Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, and Lyell McEwin Hospital. He has also worked as a research physician, monitoring participants in phase 1 and 2 clinical trials.
He values a collaborative approach to medicine, and continuity of patient care as his main reasons for choosing this specialty. He is interested in all aspects of primary care and is comfortable with minor surgical procedures.
Outside of work, he enjoys a variety of different sports including rock climbing/bouldering, badminton, and volleyball.
Available: Tuesday AM/PM, Wednesday AM, Friday AM/PM and occasional Saturdays.
