Dr Jana Gerlach was born and raised in Adelaide. Before medicine she completed a Bachelor of Speech Pathology. She obtained her medical degree in 2013 and after that worked in Emergency Medicine and General Medicine, and finished a Diploma of Child Health. She is currently completing her GP fellowship.
Her interests include women’s health ranging from teenage years through to fertility, postpartum and menopausal management, Adult complex chronic disease and Weight Management, Paediatrics and whole family care.
Jana also performs procedures such as implanon insertion and iron infusions.
Outside of medicine she enjoys precious time with her young son, keeping fit at the gym and travel to explore new places.
